Chef Josh Banks, joined Destination after teaching at the Award Winning Grange Culinary Institute in London. An expert in seafood, Josh is influenced by cuisines from around the world combined with the Catch of the Day - should we be so lucky.

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo and any other special dietary requirement can be accommodated.
